Turf Products


  TURF PRODUCTS :  All of our products contain only the highest quality fibers on the market. We believe these fibers to be the most resistant to UV degradation as well as the sturdiest available to stand up to the pounding that a multi-use athletic field will take. They also are the most aesthetically pleasing, and the shear size of our fibers makes their warranty the best in the business.

All three products have their own unique characteristics, but all are made of only the finest materials in the business, assembled by the finest tufter in the business and installed by the finest installers in the business. Wear Max Pro
 Composed of 46 to 52 ounces of parallel slit film polyethylene fibers with 26 ounces of polyurethane over a three ply backing. The maximum fiber coverage provides a superb appearance while reducing rubber ‘fly-up’.

Monofilament
 Composed of extruded polyethylene monofilament fibers. We use 46 to 52 ounces of fiber with at least 28 ounces of polyurethane over a three-ply backing.

Dual Fiber Pro
 Composed of a combination of parallel slit film and extruded monofilament fibers. Our Dual Fiber Pro is a 48 to 52 ounce product with the same triple-ply backing used throughout the whole line.

INFILL PRODUCTS: Our infill systems again are customized to fit each clients specific and unique needs!
Infill is one of the two main components that affects the long-term performance of the entire field. There are many specifications of infill available on the market today.  Not only does the athlete interact with the infill as they move across the field, the infill can actually have a negative impact on the longevity of the field.
